To receive parcels all you need to do is register on www.paczkomaty.pl website, where you give your contact details and select the default parcel machine location.

The possibility to pick up parcels 24 a day, 7 days a week is one of the main advantages, right next to the fast delivery - maximally within 2 working days after the parcel has been sent.
5. Where can I select my default Paczkomaty InPost location?
You can choose your preferred location during registration, or directly while ordering from an e-store.
6. Where are the parcel machines located?
Paczkomaty InPost locations provide the most convenient and secure access for picking up and dropping off parcels 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The non-stop video surveillance and monitoring system ensure the full security of the parcels in the parcel machines. In the first phase of the project, Paczkomaty InPost will be located at gas stations (e.g., LOTUS, LUKOIL, PKN ORLEN, STATOIL and other independent petrol stations) as well as car parks operating nonstop. 7. What should I do if a locker box does not open after I enter the code?
