After signing in to the Parcel Manager you can post your packages in five easy steps
To send packages you only need to provide an e-mail of an addressee, who has previously registered in our service and has selected her/his default location of the parcel machine. |

To post a parcel directu to the parcel machine, choose this option on the parcel machine screen, enter posting code and scan the parcel’s code. This will open the box where you can put your parcel. When the box closes the receipt with confirmation will be printed out. It is also possible to have a courier pick up parcels directly from you. However, an individually negotiated contract must be signed between InPost and each retailer willing to use this option. 4. Delivering to Paczkomaty InPost |

Your parcels will be delivered to Paczkomaty InPost no later than 48h after you have sent them. When the addressee receives information about the C.O.D. parcel he should first pay at either parcel machine (if it has a card reader) or at Costumer Service Office. How does it work when your customer orders to Paczkomaty InPost?When ordering from an e-store, your customers selects Paczkomaty InPost as their preferred option of delivery. Their e-mail addresses will quickly be verified whether they have already been registered in the Paczkomaty InPost system. If they are already registered users, then your customers only need to confirm the location of their default parcel machine and continue shopping. However, if your customer has decided to use our service for the first time, he/she will need to quickly register on www.paczkomaty.pl - the account will be activated within a few seconds after registration process. Then your customer can continue ordering. You should provide your customers with a list of all available locations every time they order to Paczkomaty InPost and include information that not in every parcel machine there is a pay on delivery option. We recommend the parcel machine selected by the user during registration process to be set as a default parcel machine on the list. Additionally, there is a possibility to download API plug-in, which shows three nearest parcel machines, according to a postal code.
