1. Register on www.paczkomaty.pl

Register on www.paczkomaty.pl. Your e-mail address will be recognizable for e-stores offering Paczkomaty InPost as a delivery option. You will also gain access to the Parcel Manager, which enables franking, sending and tracking shipment.

2. Do your shopping online

While ordering from an e-store or internet auction, choose Paczkomaty InPost as your preferred option of delivery. You can pay for the shipment with a credit card or by an online transfer. Pay on delivery service is coming soon.

As soon as your parcel is prepared for shipment and dropped off in one of the InPost Service Points, we will deliver it to your default parcel machine.

3. Track your parcel

You can track your parcel via shipment tracking system on www.paczkomaty.pl or via Parcel Manager.

4. Wait for a text message and e-mail notification from Paczkomaty InPost

Maximally within 2 working days your parcel will be delivered to the selected parcel machine. You will be notified about that via text message and e-mail. Save this message as it includes a special code for picking up your parcel.

5. Pick up your parcel

To receive your shipment from the parcel machine you need to enter your mobile phone number and a special code that has been sent to you on Paczkomaty InPost keypad. You have 3 days to pick  your package. After 2 days we will send you a reminder via e-mail and text message. If you do not manage to pick up your parcel within these 3 days, we will deliver your parcel to the nearest InPost Service Point. After 11 days from this moment, your shipment will be returned to sender.
